Hi there! I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer specializing in women’s health, nutrition, and fitness. With over 3 years of experience in coaching, I have helped hundreds of women build better habits through whole-body wellness. 

I work with women 18+ across all stages of life, including preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, providing individualized nutrition counseling and fitness coaching tailored to each person’s unique goals and needs. 

My areas of focus include prenatal and postpartum nutrition, women’s strength training and body recomp, hormonal health, PCOS/PMOS, menopause/perimenopause, weight loss/ GLP-1 support, and relationship with food. 

I believe wellness should feel approachable, flexible, realistic, autonomous, and empowering, never restrictive, overwhelming, or “one-size fits all.” My approach combines evidence-based nutrition, movement, and whole-person wellness to help women nourish their bodies, move with confidence, and create healthy, sustainable lifestyles that support lifelong well-being.

My goal is to provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where women feel educated, nourished, strong, and encouraged to care for themselves and thrive in every phase of life.
