If you don’t feel like yourself during pregnancy, postpartum, or while coping with loss or parenting, you’re not alone. If this season feels harder or less joyful than you expected, counseling can help, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I support individuals through pregnancy and postpartum by helping them build coping skills, mindfulness, and emotional balance. With a person-centered approach, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Together, we’ll process your experiences with compassion so you can feel more grounded throughout your journey. As a wife and mother of two, I also bring personal insight into the challenges and joys of parenting.

In our work together, I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and person-centered care to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and supported.

I am particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, identity shifts, relationship changes, and emotional wellbeing throughout the perinatal period and beyond. Additionally, I have a special interest in supporting women processing birth trauma and other traumatic experiences.

Karli accepts self-pay patients and will be in network with BCBS beginning in June 2026.
