Cancer | Reproductive Mental Health | Change in Life | Trauma | Grief | End of Life Conversations

As an Omaha native and alumna of Brownell Talbot, I earned my master’s and doctorate degrees in Psychology while living in Nashville, TN. Returning home to practice in Omaha has been especially meaningful. My training in both clinical and counseling psychology prepared me to serve and live out my passion for helping others.

My foundation is built on the belief that people learn differently, and furthermore, I also believe that people can heal differently. My roots in the arts allow me to recognize the expression and movement of emotion within the healing process. I carry this lens into the therapeutic space allowing me to meet the individual where they are at. I hope that a holistic approach leaves room for those unique nuances that make a person who they are.

Under my specialized training in health psychology, I support individuals navigating cancer, reproductive mental health, various forms of change in life, trauma, grief, and end of life conversations. I see my work as walking alongside each person’s way of life, offering a safe space to cope and heal while also providing a sounding board where others can discover their unique path to healing.
