Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) offering both in-person and telehealth counseling services to clients in Nebraska. My focus is on supporting women navigating perinatal mental health challenges, including grief from perinatal loss, emotional stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Additionally, I specialize in working with those undergoing IVF treatments, as well as individuals managing the complexities of the postpartum period. I am deeply passionate about helping women process and heal in these experiences. I am certified as a perinatal mental health professional.

In our sessions, I integrate a variety of evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and I have specialized training in EMDR to support trauma recovery. I believe that no single approach fits all, so I offer a range of therapeutic modalities to best meet your needs.

My mission is to provide a comfortable, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment that empowers you to work through your challenges and achieve your therapeutic goals. Thank you for considering me to be part of your journey.
